Scientist/Senior Scientist, Protein Science

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing lead for biologics projects
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with clients
• Translate client requirements into actionable plans for scientific and production teams
• Oversee project execution and mitigate risks to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Process Development, and Manufacturing
• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports and presentations
• Contribute to scientific publications and conference presentations

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Structural Biology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in antibody production, research, process development, or technical services
• Experience with high throughput and/or scale-up processes for biologics production
• Expertise in mammalian cell culture systems and recombinant gene or protein production
• Strong client-facing project management and communication skills
• Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and quality standards
