Scientist/Senior Scientist for Pharmacology

Responsibilities

• Design and develop animal models and execute in vivo experiments to evaluate therapeutic efficacy
• Lead in vivo service projects and preclinical studies as Project Manager or Study Director
• Perform animal handling, tumor inoculation, drug administration, and PK/PD studies
• Develop, validate, and perform in vitro and ex vivo assays including immune cell profiling and functional assays
• Utilize flow cytometry (FACS), ELISA, Western blot, qRT-PCR, and multiplex cytokine analyses
• Present project results to clients and internal stakeholders and prepare scientific reports
• Mentor and facilitate the growth of junior research associates

Requirements

• PhD in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or related biomedical field
• Extensive hands-on experience in animal models and preclinical in vivo pharmacology
• Proven skills in cell-based immunological assays (T cell activation, NK cell cytotoxicity, macrophage assays)
• Proficiency in PK/PD model establishment and analysis
• Expertise in flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, and immune cell isolation
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with surgical procedures in rodents
• Cross-functional knowledge across multiple therapeutic areas
