Scientist/Senior Scientist, Analytical Development

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, design, and execution of analytical characterization activities to support RNA-based therapeutics and delivery platforms
• Generate, interpret, and communicate scientific data to inform product understanding and manufacturing readiness
• Advance organizational analytical capabilities by implementing innovative technologies and methodologies
• Collaborate across internal functions and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory expectations
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring scientists and contributing to regulatory and technical submissions
• Monitor emerging scientific and industry trends to enhance organizational analytical capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline
• 6+ years of experience developing analytical methods for biologics, nucleic acid therapeutics, or complex modalities
• Expertise in chromatographic, spectrometric, and/or biophysical characterization techniques
• Strong foundation in analytical method development, qualification, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on laboratory experience with molecular biology, biochemical, and/or nucleic acid workflows
• Knowledge of CMC activities supporting RNA LNP therapeutics or advanced therapeutic platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
