Scientist Validation Compliance

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute validation strategy, framework, processes and process governance for FDA and other regulatory compliance initiatives
• Manage and execute validation and change control activities for validation projects
• Develop and deliver presentations, communications, training material, and metrics to stakeholders
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Ensure and engage in cross-functional collaboration and consultation
• Manage and escalate validation-related issues
• Serve as backroom support resource during regulatory inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Science degree with relevant experience
• Experience with scripted testing, qualification, verification and/or validation preferred
• Experience managing or executing validation activities preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Advanced level of English communication skills
