Scientist, RC Discovery Biology

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and optimize mammalian cell culture systems to support candidate profiling and biological evaluation
• Design and perform assays to characterize radioconjugates and investigate biological activity
• Apply methods such as immunohistochemistry (IHC), flow cytometry, ELISA, and western blotting to generate high-quality experimental data
• Support the development, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting of new in vitro assays
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate experimental findings through reports and presentations
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and well-organized laboratory records
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and all relevant safety and environmental standards

Requirements

• MSc with 2+ years of experience or BSc with 5+ years of experience in Molecular/Cell Biology, Immunology, or Biochemistry
• Hands-on laboratory experience in an in vitro research setting
• Proficiency in cell culture, IHC, flow cytometry, ELISA, and western blotting
• Demonstrated ability to safely handle chemical and biohazardous materials
• Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and scientific communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with radioisotopes is considered a significant asset
