Responsibilities

• Perform analytical method transfer strategies from site to site and PSci to site
• Prepare and execute study protocols and reports for analytical method transfers
• Stratify data from engineering, EB, and PVs for CQA trend analysis
• Provide technical and scientific support on project deliverables and remediation initiatives
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, cGLP, and organizational procedures
• Partner with manufacturing to meet production schedules and uphold quality standards
• Monitor and review trends in critical quality attributes and process parameters to control process drift
• Identify and implement potential process improvements in conjunction with manufacturing operations

Requirements

• M. Pharm or M.Sc degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
• Proven experience in Analytical Development, validation, or Technology Transfer of injectable formulations
• Expertise in plant technology transfer support for injections, including process validation
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and FTIR
• Deep understanding of method validation parameters and ICH guideline requirements
• Proficiency with Minitab tools and understanding of DMAIC methodologies
