About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute molecular and cellular biology research platforms to support immunology and therapeutic discovery programs
- Contribute to the development of novel technologies, molecular tools, and next-generation research platforms
- Utilize protein expression systems, engineered fusion proteins, and molecular tagging approaches such as SNAP/CLIP technologies
- Perform analytical characterization using techniques including Western blotting, HPLC, and mass spectrometry
- Design and generate lentiviral, AAV, and plasmid-based expression systems
- Conduct primary cell culture and develop cell-based assays
- Collaborate across cross-functional research teams to solve challenging scientific questions
Requirements
- PhD with 0-2 years of experience, MSc with 3-4 years of experience, or BSc with 5+ years of experience in a related discipline
- Hands-on experience in protein engineering, characterization, and bio-conjugation strategies
- Proficiency with analytical techniques such as Western blotting, HPLC, and mass spectrometry
- Experience with primary cell culture and cellular assay development
- Strong scientific analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and generating lentiviral, AAV, and plasmid-based systems
- Knowledge of RNA biology and RNA-protein immune complexes
- Experience with engineered protein systems and molecular tagging technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented, and cross-functional environment
