Scientist - Medical Affairs

Responsibilities

• Act as the medical affairs category representative for the ISC OTC sub-category and project teams.
• Implement relevant sub-category medical strategies aligned with local and global business needs.
• Support the Head of Medical Affairs ISC in implementing the medical governance framework in India.
• Lead medical strategy and clinical development/claim support for consumer healthcare products.
• Identify and communicate new published scientific data and support the development of promotional/non-promotional materials.
• Review promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable Codes of Promotion.
• Design, implement, and report on clinical studies and Real World Evidences (RWEs) to support product claims.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and professional groups.
• Represent Haleon at external scientific events and conferences.
• Assist with medical due diligence, monitoring, and the development of medical content for regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• Post-graduation in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., MBBS, MD, PG, Doctorate, or PhD).
• 6 to 8 years of relevant industry experience.
