Responsibilities

• Design and optimize research to explore next generation cell therapies using in-vivo CAR-T
• Contribute to project creation through dissection of published literature
• Isolate immune cells from leukopak or blood and execute evaluation of in-vivo CAR virus
• Perform treatment of solid tumor research using cell culture, transfection, FACS, and cell-based functional assays
• Package and titer engineered viruses and characterize particles with protein and PCR based assays
• Generate, manage, and maintain critical data using ELN
• Deliver results and present findings to internal groups and other forums
• Maintain compliance with GLP and EHS protocols

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology or related discipline
• 2 years of experience in cell and gene therapy
• Extensive experience in immune cell-based analytics and assay development (flow-cytometry, ELISA, MSD)
• Experience with lentivirus particle characterization and quantification
• Proficiency in advanced gene delivery methods (LVV, VLP, or LNP)
• Strong experience with lentivirus production, titering, and transduction
• Track record of productivity evidenced by publications or patents
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• In vivo CAR-T experience
• Experience with solid tumor models and in vivo cell-specific gene delivery
• Deep understanding of solid tumor models
