About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity strategy and execution for the MOSSAIC Portfolio, providing technical architectural oversight for design and integration.
- Drive Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization and accreditation efforts, including system categorization and security control implementation.
- Manage vulnerability management strategies, including tracking CVEs, IAVMs, and overseeing the use of tools like ACAS.
- Oversee DevSecOps best practices and Static Application Security Testing (SAST) processes to embed security into automated pipelines.
- Serve as a principal cybersecurity advisor to portfolio leadership and represent security requirements directly to customers.
- Manage cybersecurity work packages as a Control Account Manager (CAM) within the program's Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, OR Graduate Degree with 10+ years of experience, OR 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active SECRET security clearance (ability to obtain TS/SCI is required).
- DoD 8140.03 IAT Level 3 or IASAE Level 2 certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux system administration and security hardening.
- Deep understanding of NIST SP 800-160 Volume 1 and RMF assessment methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development, CI/CD toolchains, and DevSecOps automation.
- Experience working with U.S. Space Force Combat Forces Command (CFC) Mission Delta 2 (MD2).
