Scientist, In Vivo CAR-T Pipeline

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute experimental studies to advance cell and gene therapy platforms and pipeline programs
• Conduct and analyze in vitro and in vivo studies to assess product potency, efficacy, and safety
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot experimental assays including cell line engineering, cell-based functional and cytotoxicity assays, ELISA, and PCR-based assays
• Perform high-throughput binder screening and viral vector packaging and titration
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets and maintain accurate experimental documentation
• Prepare clear, high-quality reports and presentations for internal research and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology
• OR Master’s degree with 3–6+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in immunology, cell therapy, gene therapy, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with viral vector systems, especially lentivirus
• Industry or postdoctoral experience
