Scientist, In Vivo CAR-T

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize cell-based assays to support cell therapy programs
• Perform immune cell isolation, activation, expansion, and T cell culture
• Conduct lentiviral vector packaging, titration, and transduction experiments
• Execute assays including multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA, cytotoxicity assays, and PCR
• Design and carry out experiments with moderate independence and analyze data
• Document experimental results and present findings to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate constructs and generate reproducible data
• Support research programs from discovery toward early development

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field
• OR Master’s degree with 3–6+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in immunology, cell therapy, or gene therapy
• Experience with viral vector systems (especially lentivirus)
• Proficiency in cell biology and molecular biology techniques
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and immune cell handling
• Proficiency in flow cytometry and immunoassays
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry or postdoctoral experience
• Advanced expertise in virology and viral vector systems
