Scientist III - Potency Assay - FSP

Responsibilities

• Support routine testing for release, stability studies, in-process, and cell-line development
• Monitor controlled temperature units
• Complete sample submission and sample management tasks
• Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry or biologics, or a Master’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in cellular and/or molecular biology and immunoassay techniques
• Experience analyzing biologics (e.g., monoclonal antibodies) using ELISA, HCP, protein-A, or binding potency assays
• Experience with qPCR and basic molecular biology techniques such as gel electrophoresis
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput liquid handling systems (e.g., Tecan, Bravo)
• Proficiency with analytical software including Softmax Pro, Empower, or ChemStation
• Experience working in a BSL2 (Biosafety Level 2) environment
