Scientist I/II: in vivo Pharmacology/Immuno-Oncology

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and scientific expertise in in vivo pharmacology to enable target identification and validation
• Conduct studies in mice focusing on anti-tumor efficacy, PK/PD relationship, and biomarker identification
• Perform complex in vivo procedures including dosing, tumor implant, measurements, and tissue necropsy
• Conduct ex vivo analysis of immune cells from tumors and tissues
• Perform routine mammalian cell culture and transfection
• Analyze, summarize, and present experimental results to management
• Maintain up-to-date electronic laboratory notebook records

Requirements

• BS/MS in Biology, Pharmacology, Oncology, Immunology or equivalent

• 4 years of laboratory work experience in academia or industry

• Hands-on in vivo skills with rodents (IV, IP, IT, SC, PO dosing) and blood/tissue collection
• Strong organization skills for complex in vivo studies
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
• High personal and scientific integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animal models of human cancers
• Proficiency in cell transfections, ELISA, MSD, and flow cytometry
