About the Company

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and scientific expertise in in vivo pharmacology to enable target identification and validation
- Conduct studies in mice focusing on anti-tumor efficacy, PK/PD relationship, and biomarker identification
- Perform complex in vivo procedures including dosing, tumor implant, measurements, and tissue necropsy
- Conduct ex vivo analysis of immune cells from tumors and tissues
- Perform routine mammalian cell culture and transfection
- Analyze, summarize, and present experimental results to management
- Maintain up-to-date electronic laboratory notebook records
Requirements
- BS/MS in Biology, Pharmacology, Oncology, Immunology or equivalent

4 years of laboratory work experience in academia or industry
- Hands-on in vivo skills with rodents (IV, IP, IT, SC, PO dosing) and blood/tissue collection
- Strong organization skills for complex in vivo studies
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
- High personal and scientific integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with animal models of human cancers
- Proficiency in cell transfections, ELISA, MSD, and flow cytometry
