Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for R&D and Art of Perfumery platform perfumers
• Prepare application samples of new fragrance ingredients for innovation evaluation platforms
• Support innovation with a specific focus on Home Care applications
• Design and execute "in-use" evaluations at key consumer touchpoints against relevant standards
• Collaborate on Go/No-Go decisions for new ingredients and define recommended usage levels
• Conduct stability testing and performance evaluations under various environmental conditions
• Manage ingredient assessment data to ensure traceability and historical tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Organic Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
• Minimum 3 years of scent experience in fragrance ingredient projects or programs
• Strong knowledge of fragrance ingredient chemistry
• Ability to smell and distinguish basic perfumery materials
• Understanding of ingredient stability and behavior across different applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple Home Care or Fabric Care touchpoints
• Familiarity with Sensory Decision Making (SDM) frameworks
• Ability to translate scientific findings into clear innovation recommendations
