Scientist – HPLC & Dissolution Testing

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing on submitted samples using HPLC, GC, and dissolution methods
• Support method development, optimization, and qualification activities
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and assist in resolving basic method-related issues
• Serve as a backup analyst across additional analytical techniques
• Provide feedback to client scientists on assay performance and improvements
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and support general lab organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 3–4 years of industry experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of industry experience
• Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC operation, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Proficiency in USP Dissolution Testing (Apparatus I & II)
• Strong understanding of chromatographic principles
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Gas Chromatography (GC)
• Experience with particle size analysis
• Familiarity with spectroscopy techniques such as MS, NMR, or IR
• Ability to work in a regulated GMP environment with strong attention to detail
