Responsibilities

• Design consumer testing plans and analyze/interpret data for innovation projects
• Translate consumer technical insights into technical performance targets
• Plan, implement, and evaluate research plans following global guidelines
• Manage research partners and lead discussions regarding research needs
• Conduct meetings with R&D, marketing, and Consumer Market Insights teams
• Negotiate timelines and deliverables with project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Data Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Psychology
• 2+ years of experience in CTI/Claims (Consumer research, Sensory, or Communication Development)
• Knowledge of Sensory Science and consumer research
• Experience with statistics or data modeling
• Proficiency in sensory and consumer testing techniques
• Excellent communication skills
