Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and validate robust analytical methodologies to ensure accuracy and reproducibility.
• Generate high-quality data and translate complex results into meaningful insights for product development.
• Utilize and oversee advanced instrumentation including GC-FID, HPLC, GC-MS, Tensiometer, and Viscometer.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance laboratory performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA, QC, and engineering teams to align on project goals.
• Analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support knowledge sharing and mentoring to strengthen team scientific capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related scientific field.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytical laboratories with hands-on exposure to method development and validation.
• Proven ability to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot analytical methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify root causes.
• High level of accuracy and organization in executing laboratory work and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical findings.
• Strong interest in research, particularly within the field of Organic Chemistry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in analytical techniques and instrumentation such as GC, HPLC, and mass spectrometry.
• Experience working in a multinational company, preferably within the fragrance and flavor industry.
• Demonstrated ability to design and conduct scientific experiments.
