About the role
About the Company
Adaptyv is building an automated lab that lets AI agents run biology experiments. We are building the infrastructure that gives AI agents access to the physical world, helping advance the era of agentic science by connecting AI models to automated wet-lab experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Build and validate a developability assessment panel hands-on including thermostability, aggregation, self-association, polyreactivity, solubility, and chemical-liability assessment
- Turn the assessment panel into a productized, high-throughput service for customer antibody campaigns
- Partner with lab automation to scale and automate assays for reproducible, fast turnaround
- Work with software and ML teams to structure developability data and connect it to computational prediction
- Interpret results and advise customers on liabilities, risk, and engineering next steps
- Set the scientific standard for developability data reporting
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience assessing antibody developability
- Applied industry experience in antibody discovery, engineering, or development settings
- Strong understanding of the link between biophysical signals and downstream manufacturability/stability
- Ability to work interdisciplinary with automation engineers and software/ML teams
- Experience with assay panels such as DSF/nanoDSF, SEC, HIC, AC-SINS, or DLS
Preferred Qualifications
- Data fluency including scripting and working with structured datasets
