Adaptyv is building an automated lab that lets AI agents run biology experiments. We are building the infrastructure that gives AI agents access to the physical world, powered by a deep software and hardware stack that orchestrates complex workflows and processes physical-world data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and run analytical methods hands-on including HPLC (SEC, IEX/CEX, RP, HILIC) and LC-MS
• Build the analytical characterization menu for the full antibody stack into a productized, orderable capability
• Partner with lab automation to bring methods onto automated, high-throughput systems
• Work with the software team to structure data and build analysis and QC pipelines
• Set the quality bar by troubleshooting instruments and defining acceptance criteria
• Advise customers and internal teams on data interpretation

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in HPLC and mass spectrometry for proteins/biologics
• Experience in method development and validation
• Applied industry experience in production, manufacturing, QC, or a commercial CRO setting
• Strong knowledge of the antibody/biologics analytical stack (identity, purity, aggregation, PTMs)
• Ability to work interdisciplinary with automation and software engineers

• Comfort turning method data into pipelines through scripting or data fluency
