Scientist - Advanced Technology

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize cell culture and other preclinical biological studies to support innovation and ingredient evaluation.
• Perform biochemical and immunochemical techniques, including ELISA and Western blotting.
• Conduct histology, immunohistochemistry, and microscopy using fluorescent imaging.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to recommend next steps for project objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely laboratory documentation, records, and study summaries.
• Communicate technical findings and study progress to cross-functional project teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve laboratory methods, processes, and workflows for better efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Cell Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience in academic, industrial, or preclinical research settings.
• Hands-on experience with cell culture and standard laboratory practices.
• Proficiency in biochemical and immunochemical techniques and microscopy.
• Strong documentation, organization, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and draw sound conclusions from data.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
