About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide field support to medical facilities in Turkey and work closely with Key Opinion Leaders, Physicians, and Pharmacists.
  • Lead efforts to early diagnose new patients and ensure appropriate management in line with local and global treatment guidelines.
  • Provide education and technical support to stakeholders regarding administration, infusion techniques, and cold-chain storage requirements.
  • Facilitate and monitor investigator-sponsored studies to generate additional clinical and safety data.
  • Represent the company at scientific symposia and clinical forums both in Turkey and abroad.
  • Deliver high-quality scientific presentations and provide proactive feedback on emerging clinical and competitive trends.

Requirements

  • A relevant life sciences or medical degree from a reputable university.
  • Fluency in both Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • At least 4 years of relevant pharmaceutical and clinical industry experience.
  • Proven experience in public speaking and delivering education programs.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and managing long-term stakeholder relationships.
  • A track record of building value-based working relationships within the medical community.
