About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote Sanofi products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Deliver clear, compliant, and effective product presentations to healthcare professionals
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas, products, and the competitive landscape
- Record customer interactions and insights accurately within the CRM system
- Ensure all promotional activities strictly adhere to compliance guidelines, industry regulations, and local laws
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional sales experience
- B.Sc. or B.Pharma degree
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven selling and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of product and market dynamics
- Proficiency in English
