About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote Sanofi products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Deliver clear, compliant, and effective product presentations to healthcare professionals
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas, products, and the competitive landscape
  • Record customer interactions and insights accurately within the CRM system
  • Ensure all promotional activities strictly adhere to compliance guidelines, industry regulations, and local laws

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional sales experience
  • B.Sc. or B.Pharma degree
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven selling and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of product and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in English
