Scientific Officer - Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Generate and review Quality Assurance documentation, including Product Quality Reviews, Continued Process Validation Reports, Validation Protocols, and Validation Reports
• Notify and follow up with affiliate sites regarding product quality reviews
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, legal, and ethical standards
• Complete documentation according to established guidelines and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Plan, monitor, and achieve departmental goals within set time frames
• Provide and maintain consistent, reliable, and accurate customer service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related field
• Proven experience in report writing and data presentation
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory legislation and the ability to comply with it
• Ability to follow prescribed, detailed procedures to maintain GMP compliance
• Proficiency in comprehending technical documents and communicating problem/solution descriptions
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while handling competing priorities
