Scientific Officer (Nursing Simulation)

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of nursing simulation facilities to optimize equipment, technologies, and environments for teaching and research
• Partner with academic staff to design, prepare, and deliver simulation-based activities and support clinical skills education
• Supervise technical operations, including staff coordination, safety compliance, and the maintenance of simulation equipment and resources

Requirements

• Nursing or health qualification
• Demonstrated experience supporting simulation environments and/or clinical skills teaching
• Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate technical operations
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with academic, technical, and student stakeholders
