Scientific Fellow, AI-Enabled Target Identification & Credentialing

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior scientific thought leader at the intersection of AI, computational science, and target discovery.
• Shape scientific strategy and evaluate internal and external capabilities to advance therapeutic target identification and credentialing.
• Advise senior leadership and corporate management on emerging technological advances and strategic opportunities in AI-enabled R&D.
• Define scientific strategies and practical tactics for human genetics, multimodal data integration, and causal biology.
• Establish and maintain a national and international reputation through high-impact publications, patents, and scientific collaborations.
• Serve as an internal expert consultant, providing deep scientific judgment and mentoring across the R&D organization.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in computational biology, systems biology, bioinformatics, genetics, machine learning, biomedical data science, pharmacology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in academia, biotech, technology, or pharma.
• Proven track record in AI, computational tools, and target identification/credentialing.
• Demonstrated success in advising senior leadership and translating technical advances into strategic R&D impact.
