Scientific Fellow, AI-Enabled Molecular Design

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior scientific thought leader at the intersection of AI, computational science, and drug design.
• Shape scientific strategy and evaluate internal and external capabilities to advance small and large molecule therapeutics.
• Advise senior leaders and corporate management on emerging technological advances and strategic opportunities in AI-enabled molecular design.
• Define scientific strategies and practical tactics for generative design, protein engineering, and predictive property modeling.
• Establish a national and international reputation through high-impact publications, patents, and scientific collaborations.
• Serve as an internal expert consultant and mentor across the R&D organization.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in computational chemistry, medicinal chemistry, computational biology, structural biology, biophysics, machine learning, biomedical data science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in academia, biotech, technology, or pharma.
• Proven track record in AI, computational tools, and molecular design for small and/or large molecule therapeutics.
• Demonstrated success in advising senior leadership and translating technical advances into strategic R&D impact.
