Scientific Content Designer

Responsibilities

• Provide graphic design support for medical and scientific materials, including Scientific Response Documents (SRDs), newsletters, FAQs, and slide decks.
• Create engaging medical content such as infographics, scientific posters, abstracts, manuscripts, and interactive PDFs.
• Collaborate closely with medical writers and content development teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Assist in developing and updating templates, style guides, SOPs, and checklists.
• Support the creation of innovative digital content and presentation materials for major medical congresses.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and evaluate new technologies to improve operational efficiency and material quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, complemented by a certificate or diploma in Graphic Design or Fine Arts.
• 5+ years of proven experience in scientific content design, specifically within medical/scientific communications.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or Adobe XD.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and medical illustration principles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in infographics, interactive PDFs, and digital content for the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet timelines in a matrix team setting.
