About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage investigator sponsored studies (ISS) and collaborative studies (CRS) from initiation through close-out
  • Oversee concept/proposal submissions, review processes, and agreement execution
  • Manage individual study budgets, milestone payments, and invoice submissions
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, quality, legal, and supply chain
  • Provide product training and support for study design, protocol, and workflow development
  • Support abstract, poster, and manuscript tracking and review for ISS studies
  • Perform independent reviews of medical/scientific literature and competitor diagnostic devices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical research, medical affairs, or project management experience
  • Proven experience managing research studies and clinical trials
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and data analysis
  • Understanding of in vitro diagnostic product design and usage
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to meet investigators and clinical trial staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, or MD)
  • 8 or more years of experience in a similar area
  • Experience managing scientific publications
  • Experience running clinical trials in international geographies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
