Science Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with American curriculum standards for Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 students.
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and exploration.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Implement individualized teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs and styles.
• Maintain a positive classroom culture through effective behavior management techniques.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices to enhance learning outcomes.
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and collaborative planning sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• PGDE or PGCE qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Proven expertise in the American curriculum.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to tailor instruction to various cultural backgrounds and learning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
