About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day camp operations
- Manage staff and ensure program implementation
- Ensure camper supervision, safety, and behavior management
- Handle parent communication and interaction
- Maintain compliance with state regulations
Requirements
- Ability to work at least four weeks between June 15th and August 21st
- Availability for Monday-Friday, 7:50am-5:30pm
- Attendance at mandatory training sessions in Ellicott City
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Completion of Medication Administration Training
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified teacher with at least 4 years of teaching experience
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with parents
- Strong classroom management skills
- Leadership skills and interest in administration
