About the Company

The MONTESSORI Förderkreis Nürnberg e. V. operates a state-approved Montessori primary and secondary school, as well as a Montessori children's house. We support over 550 children and adolescents aged 1 to 17 following the principles of Maria Montessori pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and individual support to children and adolescents during lessons, breaks, and excursions
• Promote social interaction and communication
• Assist with daily school organization, including toilet assistance and conflict resolution
• Supervise children and adolescents according to the schedule between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Collaborate with class teachers and pedagogical staff to ensure optimal development

Requirements

• Pedagogical experience or completed training in an educational profession
• Interest in integrative teaching within the Montessori framework
• Experience working with children and adolescents with various disabilities
• High level of flexibility, commitment, and adaptability
• Strong teamwork skills and engagement
• Ability to provide an extended certificate of good conduct (erweitertes Führungszeugnis)
