Responsibilities

• Support school management and the educator team in daily organizational and pedagogical tasks
• Assist in preparing teaching units and creating teaching and learning materials
• Gradually take over own teaching segments and conduct learning sequences in nursing education
• Plan, implement, and evaluate own teaching units under pedagogical guidance and mentoring
• Support trainees with organizational and learning-related questions
• Assist in organizing exams, projects, and school events
• Support the organization and documentation of trainees' practical assignments
• Contribute to school and teaching development projects
• Support the development of digital teaching and learning formats

Requirements

• State-recognized qualification in a nursing profession (e.g., healthcare and nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse)
• Enrollment in a degree program in nursing pedagogy, vocational pedagogy in healthcare, medical pedagogy, or similar (B.A.)
• Interest in future teaching roles at a nursing school
• Motivation to gain initial experience in planning and conducting lessons
• Joy in working with nursing trainees
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities
• Empathy and teamwork skills
