School Registrar

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate, confidential, and timely student records from admission through graduation or withdrawal.
• Maintain student information systems, including demographic, academic, medical, and enrolment data.
• Oversee the transfer of student information from Admissions and manage the secure release of files for withdrawals and transfers.
• Prepare and verify official documentation such as transcripts, enrolment confirmations, school reports, and graduation documents.
• Maintain accurate class lists, programme information, and grade-level progression data in collaboration with academic leadership.
• Ensure all data handling complies with school policies, safeguarding expectations, and local regulations.
• Provide professional support and clear communication to families, alumni, staff, and external agencies regarding registrar processes.
• Audit data quality and provide accurate reports on enrolment, attendance, and withdrawal statistics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accurate student record management.
• Proficiency with student information systems (SIS) and digital filing structures.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, and data confidentiality protocols.
• Excellent data auditing and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder communication and professional service skills.
