School Readiness Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children aged 5–12
• Implement individualized treatment plans to build communication, social, and independent living skills
• Collect data and communicate progress with the clinical team
• Engage children through movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active physical pace (sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor)
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday 12:00 pm–6:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am–12:00 pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, or tutor)
• Experience in mental health roles (QMHP, behavioral health technician)
• Experience as a camp counselor, paraprofessional, or caregiver
