About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral assessments
- Write clear, comprehensive reports with actionable, evidence-based recommendations
- Contribute to IEP development and provide input on behavioral and social-emotional goals
- Deliver individual and group counseling and crisis intervention services
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide consultation to staff and families
- Analyze student and program data to inform MTSS implementation and intervention planning
Requirements
- Enrollment in a graduate program in school psychology with internship eligibility
- Minimum of two years of experience in school settings providing assessment, counseling, and/or consultation
- Knowledge of assessment, intervention, and behavior support strategies for students with disabilities
- Current Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances
- Ability to build positive, culturally competent relationships with students, families, and staff
