School Principal

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary instructional leadership to achieve outstanding student performance
• Develop and communicate strategic school systems, culture, and vision
• Implement effective assessment systems and use data to inform decisions
• Conduct daily teacher observations and provide real-time feedback
• Oversee faculty recruitment, evaluation, retention, and professional development
• Build a joyful and rigorous school culture with consistent academic and behavioral expectations
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student performance and school policies

Requirements

• At least 3 years of teaching experience with evidence of student growth
• At least 1 year of experience as an instructional leader (Assistant Principal, Dean, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong data analysis and communication skills
• Ability to provide high-leverage feedback via classroom observations

• Experience at a high-performing charter school
