About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with school and district staff to identify at-risk students and support family engagement.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with community agencies to improve student, family, and community wellness.
  • Support immigrant and migrant families by facilitating communication and referring them to essential resources.
  • Coordinate health service access, including regular screenings and assistance with medical records/immunizations.
  • Implement restorative and trauma-responsive practices to support student and family healing.
  • Document referrals, track progress toward goals, and perform regular follow-ups with families.
  • Coordinate with the LUCSC Program Director and other staff to plan and facilitate community-focused events and committees.
  • Support data collection processes and needs assessments for grant reporting and program evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years of program management or case management experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a relationship-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience coordinating multifaceted programming within underserved communities or public education systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field (Education, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Human Services).
  • Spanish-language written and oral proficiency.
