School Partnerships Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusting partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including youth, families, community leaders, school staff, and university constituents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all activities occurring in partnership with the school district and Lewis University
• Coordinate multifaceted programming and manage multiple initiatives to meet deadlines
• Collect, organize, and maintain program data to identify strategic priorities and plans
• Engage collaboratively with school leadership, educators, community partners, and university colleagues
• Utilize essential technology tools, including Microsoft products, Google products, and AI, to support program goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Experience coordinating programming within underserved communities or public education systems
• Desire to work in a relationship-oriented, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Experience in education, social work, psychology, nursing, sociology, or human services
• 2-3 years of program management or case management experience
• Previous experience or a commitment to working with youth and families
• Spanish-language written and oral proficiency
