School Partnerships Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school and district staff to identify at-risk students and address absenteeism through restorative practices.
• Support family engagement by acting as a liaison between educators, community agencies, and families.
• Establish partnerships to improve health services, including coordinating screenings and helping families access consistent healthcare.
• Implement assets-based and empowering approaches to partnering with families, including conducting home visits when applicable.
• Coordinate systems of services that promote student, family, and community healing and restoration.
• Document referrals, track progress toward goals, and follow up with families regularly.
• Support data collection processes and needs assessments for LUCSC grant activities and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of program management and/or case management experience.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a relationship-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programming within underserved communities is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (Education, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, etc.).
• Spanish-language written and oral proficiency.
