School Partnerships Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school, district, university, and community partners to improve student, family, and community wellness and success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all activities occurring in partnership with the school district and Lewis University.
• Build trusting partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including youth, families, community leaders, and school staff.
• Manage multiple initiatives, coordinate partners, and meet deadlines through strong organizational practices.
• Collect, organize, and maintain program data to identify strategic priorities and plans.
• Co-coordinate Project R, a restorative program held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
• Engage collaboratively with school leadership, educators, and community partners to implement the Community Schools Consortium mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in education, social work, psychology, nursing, sociology, human services, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management and building/maintaining community partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in essential technology tools, including Microsoft products, Google products, and AI.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Experience working specifically within P-12 school settings.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programming within underserved communities.
• Spanish-language written and oral proficiency.
