School Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of outreach initiatives, programs, and projects for high schools and middle schools, ensuring compliance with schedules and deliverables.
• Act as an operational liaison between the national office, various campuses, and other involved departments to facilitate communication and alignment.
• Manage the logistics, communication, and execution of strategic events and programs such as Yo Profesionista, IFE Conference, and informational sessions.
• Consolidate executive reports, key indicators, and periodic analyses to support decision-making and evaluate outreach results.
• Support the documentation, updating, and continuous improvement of departmental processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, institutional outreach, educational management, marketing, or admissions.
• Proven experience in tracking multifunctional initiatives and coordinating with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in report preparation, information analysis, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
