School Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of a University School by delivering high-quality administrative and operational support.
• Work collaboratively with academic and professional teams to ensure seamless service delivery for HDR support, committees, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate general office activities and provide academic administration support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, workflows, and service outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in administrative support within a complex or fast-paced environment, ideally in higher education.
• Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to use initiative, exercise sound judgement, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong customer service focus and commitment to delivering responsive support.
