• Oversee daily financial and business activities including budget creation, forecasting, and reconciliation
• Advocate for policies and procedures to drive scholar outcomes
• Ensure operational excellence regarding scholar safety, health, and school aesthetics
• Establish and maintain successful relationships with school members and building partners

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience managing teams to implement systems and processes
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes
• High attention to detail and a resourceful problem-solving approach
• Commitment to a 2-year term
