About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute year-end tasks including cleaning lockers, prepping rooms, redistributing equipment, and conducting building checks
- Assist with annual inventory processes
- Document procedures and create guides for future operations
- Train incoming student workers on operational workflows
- Support summer events and facility rentals
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
