About the role
Responsibilities
- Explain key product features and benefits for IXL and Education.com via email and phone
- Generate quotes for new customers, renewals, and upgrades
- Maintain detailed records of business activities and customer communications in Salesforce
- Partner with internal teams to drive new business sales and high renewal rates
- Submit purchase orders and assist with credit card and check payments
- Deliver outstanding customer service to support a growing customer base
- Share feedback to help streamline and improve internal workflows
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional phone skills and strong written/oral communication
- Proficiency in G Suite, Excel, and Salesforce
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work onsite in the Raleigh, NC area
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in K-12 education
- Passion for bringing technology into the classroom
