About the role

Responsibilities

  • Explain key product features and benefits for IXL and Education.com via email and phone
  • Generate quotes for new customers, renewals, and upgrades
  • Maintain detailed records of business activities and customer communications in Salesforce
  • Partner with internal teams to drive new business sales and high renewal rates
  • Submit purchase orders and assist with credit card and check payments
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to support a growing customer base
  • Share feedback to help streamline and improve internal workflows

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional phone skills and strong written/oral communication
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work onsite in the Raleigh, NC area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in K-12 education
  • Passion for bringing technology into the classroom
