About the Company

Since 2014, L’École des XV has worked to offer children from sensitive neighborhoods the same chances of success as everyone else. Our program, recognized for its rigor and humanity, accompanies young people from CM2 to 3ème through a dual academic and educational path based on the values of rugby: respect, commitment, solidarity, and self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide pedagogical support and homework help in small groups (French and Mathematics)
• Participate in student evaluations and class councils
• Ensure educational supervision, manage conflicts, and foster social skills
• Maintain regular communication with families and social/pedagogical partners
• Contribute to daily school life, including meals and social activities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education Sciences or MEEF
• Experience in supervising a similar school-aged audience
• Knowledge of the French National Education common core of knowledge and skills
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and organization
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to different environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or ability to support students with "DYS" disorders or other special educational needs
