Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultation and advice within student health work
• Assess students' medical needs and health-related issues
• Participate in student health team meetings and preventive health work
• Support the school nurse in medical assessments and cases
• Conduct medical assessments according to current legislation and guidelines
• Advise guardians and school staff on relevant medical questions
• Contribute to the development of the school's health-promoting and preventive work
• Collaborate with healthcare and other external actors as needed

Requirements

• Licensed physician with specialist competence
• Experience working with children and adolescents is meritorious
• Good knowledge of student health, preventive work, and relevant legislation
• Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with other professions
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
