School Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated lead for all regulatory compliance matters at the school level
• Ensure full adherence to educational authority requirements including MOE, ADEK, KHDA, SPEA, and RAK DOK
• Manage the student regulatory system, including registrations, transfers, withdrawals, and mark entries
• Oversee the teacher approval process in coordination with HR to ensure alignment with regulatory timelines
• Maintain up-to-date records of all permits, licenses, and school-level compliance documentation
• Serve as the single point of contact for regulatory matters and external regulators
• Support compliance training, awareness sessions, and induction programs for school staff
• Identify and escalate suspected or actual non-compliance to leadership in a timely manner
• Assist in school-level compliance investigations, including documentation and fact-finding activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing regulatory affairs within the education sector
• Strong knowledge of regulatory structures and frameworks within the UAE
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
• Solid understanding of compliance principles in a regulated environment
