School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, Teacher Assistants, and classroom support staff
• Support professional growth of employees through feedback, training, and team building
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned school districts
• Coach direct support staff through modeling and competency-based training
• Work collaboratively with school personnel to ensure student needs are met
• Provide group training and professional development as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records in accordance with BACB standards
• Maintain student and family confidentiality in accordance with State and Federal regulations

Requirements

• BCBA certification required
• Minimum of 3 years working with children with special needs (ages 5-21) in a school setting
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians
• Master's Degree in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits
